What I Do
Employment Law
 
 

I represent employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal and Court. I lodge and defend personal grievances and represent clients at mediations and during settlement negotiations. I have obtained an injunction and successfully appealed to the Employment Court. I also draft employment agreements and advise on interpretations of agreements.

Construction Law and Civil Litigation

I represent builders, sub-contractors and contractors in Construction Contracts Act disputes. I represent builders, homeowners and architects in the WHRS and District and High Courts in respect of "leaky home" litigation.

During my years of practice I have also gained experience in general commercial litigation including insurance law and debt recovery.
